Matt Kimball

Matthew J Kimball is the VP and Global Head of HR for Shell’s Global Commercial businesses with $70B in revenue, looking after an extended workforce of close to 800,000. Currently based in Singapore he has lived and worked in the Netherlands, London, U.S, Canada and is of Australian Nationality.

Prior to joining Shell Chemicals, Matthew had a successful career with Merck & Co. Inc in a variety of Senior HR Executive positions across Europe, Asia, Australia and the U.S. . Matthew holds a BA of Applied Economics from the University of Canberra and an MBA from the Australian National University
