Maintain confidentiality about all of our communications, except in the case of real or imminent abuse, harm, or breaking of the law - or if you give permission for your coach to share information with another person.

Communicate with leadership the degree to which I am keeping the promise that I will systematically apply LeaderAmp's Artificially Intelligent coaching to my work and then journal about the lessons I learn from my experience. This includes sharing baseline and re-measurement information (including for purposes of recognition and credentialing).

Proactively recruit a different qualified coach in the event that he/she is unable to work (e.g. illness)

Provide encouragement, both with mobile messaging, and in our coaching sessions
