The LeaderAmp certification process includes two phases. First, each coach uses the videos, eBooks, and job aides to learn how to use LeaderAmp’s science and technology to extend their relationship into their client’s daily lives.

Second, each coach has two live video sessions with Dr. Jamie Madigan, LeaderAmp’s product lead. In the first session, Dr. Madigan answers questions and highlights key success factors. In-between the first and second video session, each coach receives an app and access to the coach cloud to practice coaching, and experience how clients use LeaderAmp. In the second and final session, Dr Madigan answers additional questions and reinforces best practices that LeaderAmp psychologists recommend.
