how it works

LeaderAmp uses an award winning approach that combines a computer-science approaches to understanding emotions and a new form of psychometric artificial intelligence. As clients journal about the lessons they have learned from experience, they submit their journal entry into our cloud. Within moments, we use an array of algorithms to analyze the positive and negative emotions described in each journal entry before applying “AutoRasch,” our automated measurement engine that makes sure the AI is unbiased, accurate and precise. We then show the coach (not the client) the results for each journal entry, and over time.

How do I know emotionmetric ai is meaningful?

LeaderAmp’s work is grounded in years of science on emotions in learning and work, outlined in our free eBook. Further, we’ve compared our Artificial Intelligence with human ratings of journal entries from leaders, movie reviews, Amazon.com reviews, Yelp reviews, and articles from the New York Times.
